About College
Shri V.Z.Patel Commerce College was established in the year 1997. It is affiliated to Sardar Patel
University, Vallabh Vidhyanagar. Our College Commerced its first course of B.Com. in the same year 1997 with the enrollment
of 98 students.
The success of B.Com. inspired us to carry forward the tourch of enlightenning the students and
offering them a chance to study for the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration which was started in the year
2005 with the enrollment of 72 students. It was a great honour for the college to achieve 100 percent result in
Sardar Patel University through the first batch of B.B.A. Students in the year 2008-2009.
It is indeed a matter of great honour and pride for us to introduce a new revolutionary course
in B.B.A.-ITM (Honours). The college has developed a mechanism for quality assurance. Innovative practices are adopted
for an all round development for our students.
About C.E.Society
Our College is managed by Charotar Education Society, Anand. Charotar Education Society
was established on 16th April 1916 by Shri Motibhai Amin Saheb with a view to developing higher education
in the Charotar Pradesh, the region between the Mahi and Vatrak rivers extending form Vasad to Kheda. The Constitution
of the Charotar Education Society was framed by Shri Vitthalbhai Patel, the elder brother of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who
played an active role in the preparation of the Indian constitution.
In the beginning the society was managed well by the two brothers Shri Ishwarbhai J. Patel
and Shri Vitthalbhai J. Patel. The Charotar Education Society is spread over 41 acres of land and has four big campuses
in which K.G. to P.G. education is provided to needful students.
The Society runs Commerce, Arts, Science, P.T.C., and B.Ed. degree colleges and has also
started P.G. Self financed courses in Commerce, Science and Arts.
